This website is operated by SANO Digital (Rico Mattias Mürk, Founder), an EU-based agency providing Meta Ads management and website development services for ecommerce brands and home-service businesses. For the purposes of the GDPR, SANO Digital is the data controller for information collected through this website.

We collect two kinds of data:

• Booking information — when you book a strategy call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email address, and any details you enter in the booking form. Calendly processes this on our behalf; see their privacy policy for how they handle it in transit.
• Website usage data — only if you accept our cookie banner. This can include pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level), device type, and how you arrived at the site, collected via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and the Meta Pixel.

We do not collect payment information through this website.

• To schedule and conduct the strategy call you request.
• To follow up about a potential engagement, if you've expressed interest.
• To understand how visitors use the site and measure the performance of our own Meta advertising, if you've consented to analytics/advertising cookies.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond the ones listed above.

This site uses a consent banner before loading any non-essential script. Until you click "Accept," no Google Tag Manager, GA4, or Meta Pixel request is sent — this is enforced in code, not just visually hidden. If you click "Decline," none of them load for that session. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site or contacting us directly.

We do not currently use any cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function (no login, no cart, no server-side session).

• Booking data — processed under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (necessary to take steps prior to a potential contract, at your request).
• Analytics and advertising data — processed under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent), given via the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.

The following third parties may process data on our behalf, only as described above:

• Calendly (booking) — always active, required to schedule a call.
• Google (Tag Manager, Analytics 4) — only after consent.
• Meta (Pixel) — only after consent.

These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, they rely on their own GDPR-compliant transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) — see each provider's own privacy policy for specifics.

Booking and correspondence data is kept for as long as reasonably needed to manage the relationship, and deleted or anonymized when it's no longer needed — typically within 24 months of last contact if no engagement follows. Analytics data is retained per Google's and Meta's default retention windows unless you request earlier deletion.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request erasure of your data.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that happened before withdrawal.
