Terms of Service

These terms apply to anyone booking a strategy call through this website, and to any engagement that follows. By booking a call or engaging SANO Digital (Rico Mattias Mürk, Founder) for services, you agree to them.

SANO Digital provides Meta Ads management, website development, and combined acquisition-system services for ecommerce brands and home-service companies. The exact scope of any engagement is agreed individually, in writing, before work begins.

The strategy call offered on this site is free and carries no obligation. It's an informational consultation, not a guarantee of specific outcomes, and nothing discussed on the call constitutes a binding agreement until confirmed separately in writing.

Paid engagements are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing — there is no long-term contract by default. Pricing, payment terms, and ad-spend budgets are agreed individually per client and set out in a separate proposal or agreement, not on this website.

To do the work described in an engagement, we typically need you to:

• Provide timely access to relevant ad accounts, website hosting, or analytics platforms.
• Provide accurate information about your business, service area, and offers.
• Respond to requests for feedback or approvals within a reasonable time.

Delays on these fronts can reasonably delay results.

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your engagement (e.g. your website, your ad creative). SANO Digital retains the right to display completed work in its own portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

Advertising and website performance depend on factors outside our control — market conditions, platform changes, your own sales process, and more. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, lead volumes, or revenue figures. Any figures discussed on a call are estimates based on available data, not promises.

To the extent permitted by law, SANO Digital's liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

Either party may end a month-to-month engagement with written notice, per the notice period agreed in the individual engagement terms. Work in progress at the time of termination is invoiced for time and resources already committed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be handled under Estonian jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law in your country.
